The Founders
Andrés Fredes is an entrepreneur, creative and art director, innovator, designer, and brand strategist. He has worked in the international design scene for more than 20 years - advisory at the crossroads of design, architecture, and international business development. As a design accelerator, holistic thinker, advisor, facilitator, ideator, and conceptualiser he provides creative & visionary leadership.
In Barcelona he co-founded the cultural center for art and experimentation "Banana Factory", which became an icon for the underground art scene and made his first steps as curator.
In Austria, he received recognition in the design scene for becoming the pioneer of promoting Austrian design worldwide with considerable success. His work established the base for a new design scene in the country and empowered the development of policies for Austrian Design.
Curator of more than 40 exhibitions around the globe. Has been invited to give several lectures/jury sittings/talks at the Hong Kong Design Center, Vienna Design Forum, 100% design Tokyo, Tokyo Design Week, Blickfang Zurich-Vienna and Stuttgart, ICFF New York, London Design Festival, Sofia Design Week, Design Academy Eindhoven, Stockholm Design Week, Salone del Mobile di Milano, Design and Art Museum Aarhus Aros, Cologne Furniture Fair, FAD Barcelona, Designblock Czech design week, Chilean design Biennale among others.
Visiting Professor from 2007-2011 at the University of Vienna in the Faculty of Architecture, Department of spatial design and sustainability. Author of 9 books about product and graphic design.
The Passion for making products makes him create “Maison de Thimea” a Luxury brand of perfumes and translate the heritage of Austria into a collection of Furniture
Next to his work as Creative Director and Business consultant, Andrés is dedicating his time to EPIC – the “Ecological Patagonia Innovation Center” – an innovation hub in Chilean Patagonia, bringing together regenerative farming, sustainable architecture, design thinking, artificial intelligence, indigenism, ayurveda, and mindfulness.
Lilly Panholzer is a Canadian-Austrian entrepreneur, designer, illustrator and art director based in Vienna. Co-founder of ALLDSGN Studio and founder of Lilly Panholzer Illustration, she creates conceptual illustrations for clients around the world. Her portfolio ranges from editorial illustrations, packaging design for consumer brands, magazine cover illustrations, web illustrations for international companies, illustrations for large events such as trade fairs, as well as the art direction of personal projects.
Starting off as a product designer in Barcelona, she soon jumped ship to graphic design, gaining experience in design agencies in Barcelona and Vienna.
In 2014 she teamed up with Andrés Fredes and together they created ALLDSGN Studio - a powerhouse of creativity, innovation and inspiration.
